The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to provide customer counter service, resolve client concerns, and promote additional service opportunities to existing dry cleaning clients.
Their focus is to ensure excellent quality standards while providing a friendly, pleasant, and efficient experience to the customers.

Essential Functions
• Manage all walk-in and telephone contact with customers
• Check dry-cleaning orders in and out of the store
• Accurately process customer payment for services
• Manage opening and closing of assigned store
• Build sustainable, positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Follow customer interaction guidelines per company policy
• Meet/exceed store goals
• Communicate effectively with peers and managers, providing customer feedback to manager

This position provides entry-level, routine, manual work in the operation of laundering equipment. Work involves a variety of miscellaneous tasks to assure that soiled laundry will be cleaned and returned in a sanitary condition to local businesses. The working environment can be a combination of cold or hot and dry or damp.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be open to cross-training and helping to keep the laundry room clean and orderly
• Open positions vary in specific duties from sorting soiled linen, loading and unloading washing machines and dryers, and handling clean linen to return it to customers around the area

General Job Duties:
-Customer contact and follow up through delivery of goods
-Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors
-Packing, carrying, inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire and mold incidents
-Remove affected textile items such as clothing, area rugs and window coverings from homes
-Packing and moving duties can include up to full house pack outs
-Inventory, track, and document order through production processing
-Review and follow up billings and customer concerns
-Manage multiple job files and assignments
-On call week every 4-6 weeks (emergency response).
-Additional reasonable duties as assigned

Required Experience:
-Strong customer service background
-Professional communication skills
-Production, people-oriented and highly organized.
-Applicant must be able to pass background check and possess clean driving record (must be able to drive company vans and trucks).
-Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily

Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.
