For Our Route Customers
With the increased focus on limiting the spread of Covid-19, we are starting to move from regularly scheduled routes to on-demand services to serve you better and protect our team from unnecessary interactions.
- At 6pm the evening before, you will receive one of the two messages below:
- “We will be in your area tomorrow. Please respond ‘N’ if you do not have anything for us to pick up.” If no response is sent, our driver will stop.
- “We will be in your area tomorrow. Please respond ‘Y’ if you would like us to pick up.” If no response is sent, our driver will not stop.
- Response must be received by 11:59pm on the day of the text message to apply for the following day.
- Messages received after midnight will be added to the next available date.
- Please have your bag available for our personnel to pick up.

To Log In on the Website simply select the Log In button on our home page. Existing customers will Log In by using your current email address on file with us as the Username and the last 4 digits of your phone number on file with us. You will then be prompted to create your own password. Only Use the Sign Up if you have never been to one of our store locations.
