Since 1952, Gunderson Family Companies has been professionally dry cleaning and laundering clothing and textiles. As Textile restoration became a growing part of our business, Gunderson Cleaners established a FRSTeam franchise in 2009.
The FRSTeam business model delivers a personalized customer service experience to all parties involved in the claims process. Employing a proprietary tracking and reporting system called FRSTaid, FRSTeam offers a unique level of accountability in the fabric restoration industry. In its first 12 months of business, FRSTeam awarded 18 licenses, making it one of the fastest-growing restoration service companies in the nation. FRSTeam now services all 48 states in the continental United States, as well as Ontario, Canada.
